Welcoming and friendly accommodation right in the heart of Montrose, Angus

Located at the top of Montrose’s High Street in the former Carlton Hotel, proprietors Gary and Ploy Mills have given new life to a much loved building. Initially the pair sought to transform the first floor into Ma Yom, an authentic thai restaurant which embraces the cuisine of Ploy’s homeland. Now they are looking to build on their much adored hospitality experience to provide accommodation in the heart of the coastal town of Montrose.
